"Over two years, this program will take 100 students who are currently engaged in volunteerism or service and deepen their learning about themselves personally, professionally, and as citizens and social change leaders for the good of society. Faculty fellows and program directors will challenge students to transform their thinking about their ongoing service experiences by addressing big questions. This project will increase and measure students_ capacity for moral reasoning, perceptions of hopefulness and increase the capacity for integrative learning on personal values and beliefs, society_s needs and their life-work choices. The program will be delivered in partnership with the Called to Lead Program, Office of Career Services, Office of Civic Engagement and three Faculty Fellows. Ultimately, the Faculty Fellows from the two-year CCCD pilot project would lead workshops to orient more faculty in a longer-term project of broad curriculum impact."
